I was just on my way out yesterday when a co-worker asked for help because his vendors were having trouble accessing something remotely:
Me: Can they wait till tomorrow or do they need it right this moment?
Co-worker: silly girl … of course they need it right away … in fact they wanted it an hour ago
they called me 5 minutes before they were starting a test

at 8:30am on Monday client sends a request to build two more to be ready by 9am - some campaign goes on TV and Radio... Was it new? :( maybe she had no idea about this campaign on Friday? :( do not believe it...
BTW, we all live about an hour drive from the office, so in between 8 and 9am we are on the road...
