riontelI was just on my way out yesterday when a co-worker asked for help because his vendors were having trouble accessing something remotely:
Me: Can they wait till tomorrow or do they need it right this moment?
Co-worker: silly girl … of course they need it right away … in fact they wanted it an hour ago
they called me 5 minutes before they were starting a test

so client CAN send an email, we just CANNOT react :)
