riontelOn a call with a customer a coworker made a comment about the guy who was fumbling a command using a CLI instead of a GUI, something along the lines of "there is no shame in using a GUI." To which the guy calmly explained that he was blind and using Screen Speak, so CLI was a simpler option. Awkward pause.
