Went out to lunch with coworkers yesterday to a place in Waltham that makes tasty sandwiches on home-baked bread. Since a bunch of us were going and the place is always very busy during lunchtime we decided to place our orders on line at which point I discovered that their "make your own sandwich" options imply presence of a meat component. Well, I wanted a tomato and mozzarella sandwich. Not being one to give up easily I studied all of their offerings and found a hot panini with tomato, basil and mozzarella though on the wrong type of bread. So I ordered that with special instructions as follows "change the bread to 7 grain and DO NOT GRILL".
