Rare find

On the way home today found a book lying in the middle of the street. Charles Dickens, A Tale of Two Cities. If my search result is to be believed it was published in 1936, a part of a 20-volume set. Looks like this. Somebody must have dropped it but I have no clue how to find that somebody. Any ideas?

Look for "old book lovers" in your area. If you're lucky to find a 2nd one (after yourself), he / she is the one.
