...that Cablevision offers free Optimum WiFi to its subscribers all over the ... well, mostly boondocks, I would say, but I am sure some people go there and will find it useful. It does span NY, NJ and Connecticut, just not the City (I guess it's mostly Time Warner territory still). Not that I like Cablevision, mind you, they are an evil, monopolistic empire wannabe and we are going to overthrow them and enforce our own evil, monopolistic ways.

Nothing personal, just a conclusion I reached many years ago after dealing with their customer service. Terminated all my business with them and never been back since :)
